"I've worked for Headspace for over a year and seen that there is a lot of potential to make something great and help the world. While my coworkers and manager are fantastic, upper management does not fit with the company culture or understand how to make the team work. Constant shifts in priority, constant reorgs right when the team is getting used to work with each other, and requirements that are insisted on only to evaporate weeks later leaves engineers feeling thrashed."
