"Get a bonus plan and benefits package for the managers"

What do you like about working at Wesley Woods Towers?
"My strength is my flexibility to handle change. As chef manager at Emory, I was able to turn around a negative working environment and develop a very supportive team. I was hired into a department that had just lost a chef who was there for 10 years. The team members were not welcoming and displayed this by not including me in discussions and communications."

"This company has a solid background, and is a leader in the industry, with great benefits. Be prepare to work for it."
What don't you like about working at Wesley Woods Towers?
"I like working at this company. However, I think it was time to move on."
