"I worked here for two years. The attitude toward the technical support team is a complete lack of respect from account management. They don’t replace departing employees and do not respond to concerns with short staffing. They have large teams dedicated to constant monitoring of team tickets for incidents, changes and requests from the client and begin sending consistent, frequent emails as a “gentle reminder” even before an actual contractual violation. Same approach to required training. As soon as they receive notification of client training/retraining they send daily emails about “overdue training” when in fact it is due weeks/ months into the future. The solution they sold to the client for monitoring is completely inadequate and has constant “failures” causing embarrassment and frustration for the technical support teams. If you are not desperate steer clear."
