"Employees are overworked and underpaid and most are not provided the resources they need to complete their jobs effectively. Most employees spend every day worried they might lose their jobs because the CEO is in a bad mood that day. The turnover rate (both voluntary and involuntary) at the corporate office is ridiculously high. Good people leave, bad people stay. It's sad really."
