"I worked for the HCI Group for three months, they were not up front with what their policy was on bench time. The staff took their time in finding other employment opportunities and did not take the time to follow up with me in a timely manner. They do not offer vacation or sick time to their consultants, which was not discussed upon hiring, and I found out during the actual on boarding process If you are into making a company money that does not care about you, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I would find employment elsewhere."
