"Good concept, but needs improvement in hiring professional senior teachers and director. High staff turn over makes it difficult to teach and leaves staff out of ratio constantly. Supervising teachers are not available to help when a teacher is out, instead they pull from another class which leaves the other class out of ratio. HR ignores complaints by staff, and staff well-being is not taken seriously."

"Every day is completely different. I've learned a lot about teaching and using ABA. Most of the staff members are great, they work hard and are always willing to help. There is favoritism and unprofessionalism and attitude among some."
