"I learned the pharmaceutical market inside and out. I was not provided with a budget or many marketing materials, as well as having my product automatically in pharmacies. It was my own small business with the opportunity to grow it depending on what I put into it. It was about personal accountability and I like that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would be sure and ask realistic questions about first year compensation and realize that you will not be riding on coat tails of pods or clustermates, you HAVE to be a self-starter or it isn't for you."

"I believe the opportunity for career advancement was minimal compared to a larger company."
