"I've worked for Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP for one and a half years. Pros: The firm has great people to work with. Work hours are flexible. The benefits are ok. Cons: Salaries are not comparable to the industry. There isn't much direction and communication from management. When changes are made, the staff finds out after the fact."
