"I worked for Hawk Ridge Systems for 4 years. In that time, there was an impressive amount of growth both in company headcount and footprint, as well as the company culture. While there were growing pains and ups and downs, there was an overall vision that took shape and seems to be working for some of the employees."
"I started out fund raising, went to communications Svc, then CAD software."
What do you like about working at Hawk Ridge Systems?
"The office is on the edge of the Oakland Hills. The forest is literally right across the street. So it's not like going to work as they say. It's a great place for lunch time walks. It's a very friendly place to work. They try to make you comfortable. They will discuss suggestions from no matter what level. If you have any questions you can ask nearly anybody or they'll point you in the right direction. There's plenty more to like but this is enough."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have your A game on. They're not a small company anymore."
What don't you like about working at Hawk Ridge Systems?
