What do you like about working at Hawaiian Airlines?

"Professional company to work for. Good reputation, Most co- workers and staff were cohesive and worked well together. Intranet was kept updated and easy to follow. Benefits were good."

What don't you like about working at Hawaiian Airlines?

"My job description was initially based in San Diego, with LAX and other SOCAL cities as assigned. I ended up having to have an office in LAX, and more time was to be spent traveling in the LAX territory than San DIego. The SOCAL traffic is horrendous."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was non-responsive to various suggestions for improvement in sales territory and sales needs. Management did not deal well with constructive criticism's in reference to existing policies or procedures or questions."
