"Coordinators and Directors were resistant to change and stifled ideas that came from the Education Assistants."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I never actually met the CEO. My direct manager lacked social skills and knowledge of how to do basic tasks that made work difficult at times. I would train the Coordinators and Directors more in HPU policies and business practices so that the people who report to them can be best trained to do their jobs efficiently."
