"This company is like a front for abuse, neglect, and corruption of the unfortunate vulnerable adults that are dumped into one of their homes. If you care about your loved ones, you wouldn't leave them in the care of such unprofessional and uncaring people. It's surprising that this company still has a license to operate after many violations and reports that exposed the true nature of what really goes on behind the facade. It seems this company has gone to great lengths to cover up so much more. Don't take the risk. There are many other better adult group home companies in the area."
"I've worked for this company for about 2 years or so. I wouldn't recommend working here as this is an abusive environment for staff and clients alike. Stuck up and racist office managers, owners, and coordinators. Low-ball pay raises and advancements. Horrible benefits and intimidation to deal with. Bigoted conspirators that wil try to fool you. And, If you care about your disabled loved ones, don't leave them in the care of this company. Check out the Department of Human Services investigations; A small insight into what these people get away with. All public knowledge."
"I've worked here for almost 3 years and had a good opinion of my employer when I first started. Within a year, I realized what a horrible company this was for the clients and employees alike. Neglect of clients, and staff drug-use runs rampant. Management is unfair and bigoted. The main office covers up for the upper management's mistakes and abuses. Lower level employees are treated like garbage, and the owners allow it. House managers aren't given the proper training in dealing with staffing and client issues. The owners don't mind covering up for upper management's neglect of their duties and the mistreatment of staff. When you first start, they build you up to be proud of your job. within a year or two, they find reasons to build a case against you in order to take your job away. then they can replace you for someone they can pay starting wage in order to save money. Then the cycle continues so they can increase their profits at all costs. They don't care about the clients but claim otherwise."
