"Feast or famine. Penny pinching. Mediocre to poor benefits. Stressful environment. Congested system/processes."

"it's too complicated for this little space here. lots of things."

"The interviewing process is confusing and badly managed. Jobs are posted that don't exist, folks are interviewed repeatedly, unnecessarily. If you really want to work here, you have to impress with a portfolio and experience. Really impress."

"The company is going through some growing pains, but generally a good place to work. My work right now is not a good match with my skills or my interests."
