"Great place to work. Packaging designers tend to have many roadblocks that prevent timely project completion (marketing approval, product design finalization etc.). A lot of office politics at play here, and I feel that that can tend to lead to delayed critical decision making, due to the fear of consequence of said decision being wrong. Half day Fridays are incredible, and make Monday-Thursday very motivating. Great atmosphere, great people and great brands to work on."

"Recruiting agencies will help. Direct contact is difficult. Leverage LinkedIn."

"Susceptible to falling for 'sexy' versus solid hire. Turbine hire, for instance, proved disastrous and cost many talented people."

"Address the issue above. Be more transparent about hiring freezes, budget cuts. Manage long term growth not simply next-quarter's-numbers growth."

"Listen to and untie a creative group that could fly if allowed."
