"Not much for office professionalism, senior staff combined personal with professional, couldn't seem to separate the two. Was guaranteed a permanent position and due to senior staff unwillingness to be professional, my contract was terminated. I would not recommend working at Hart."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a refresher on management, would help tremendously!!!"
