"This is a small law firm and I understand there will be a lot of work if you are to be the only IT person but they should at least warn the individual of the amount of work to be done and be willing to pay a reasonable salary; which they did not. The best thing is to be upfront with the incoming individual and at least have someone there who knows the history of all your equipment so that it can be properly passed along."
