Director of Operations

"Good Company, currently going through some leadership changes and so at this time i would not recommend coming on board until all that has settled. If you believe in the Mission and Vision then this is the place to work, but you cannot go there for the money as they are comparable in pay to others but once you are in they struggle with keeping people happy with pay increases."

"A very laid-back place to work, however, it is difficult for people to move up the ranks. The upward trajectory at the company is not the greatest since there is not much room for expansion as the company is funded by the county."

"Harris Health System just plain stinks! The people that work there are the most unethical, unprofessional, back-stabbing, two-faced, narcissistic, drama queens and kings I've ever seen in my entire life. Never in my life have I been subjected to the kind of manipulation and abuse that goes on at that place. As you research the company and read the reviews, you will start to identify the trend of bad management. Harris Health is notorious for it. Believe EVERYTHING you read about the bad managers because they are Harris Health's kryptonite. If you are a hard working and dedicated employee, prepare to be antagonized because your co-workers will hate your work ethic and be jealous of you. Especially stay away from IT! That place might as well not even exist because it's such a horrible place to work. Don't let AWS fool you either. They'll micromanage every second outside of AWS that you work. AWS has come with a huge price tag and string attached. I'm not sure that it's worth the price either."
