"I've worked at HHI for 5-10 years now in various roles related to engineering activities. The employees can be friendly and the company is welcoming. Depending on what you work, you may set the bar or always be trying to catch-up. Underlying a lot of the interactions, I think it is important to understand that, in its general form, the company has been around for a while and has transitioned from small to medium sized, with efforts to standardized, make more efficient, and grow out of that earlier and smaller shell. This is done under a global umbrella which helps facilitate some interesting collaborations without much of the dread from cooperate culture."
