"Promote from inside only, or approved by people who work there and listen, listen to the people who really built that company - the litle bees..."

"I believed in the software and the team was an awesome group of people to work with. Lots of learning and incredible personal growth in my 7 years there."

"Don't if you are looking into the Mortgage Software. Other divisions operate differently try one of them."

What don't you like about working at Harland Financial Solutions?

"Unrealistic expections."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The undercurrent that if they could get rid of the Bothell office they would. Upper management did not hide the fact they did not want the Bothell office as part of the merger. Made it hard to stay focused when you felt no value."

"I loved that every day was a new challenge to learn and grow from. I loved the ability that I personally had the ability to improve the quality of the product and to build relationships with the customers and the vendors."

"I did not like the fact that Harland Financial Solutions, was purchased by M&F World and that they laid off 85% of the staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to what the remaining employees are saying. Give them back the authority to do their jobs. Hire the rest of us back!!!"

"The people I worked with on a daily basis. In the last two years, not much else to sing about."

"Don't. Seriously, the Washington offices being shut down and consolidating them to Portland Oregon."

What don't you like about working at Harland Financial Solutions?

"We were bought out by M&F Worldwide (holding company). From that day on, everything was sacrificed for the balance sheet. No salary raises, incentives removed and whole departments gutted. Managed by people who lived in another state whom we rarely met in person and had little understanding of the kind of software products we developed and supported."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, they don't listen nor understand."
