"I have a bad experience with the Ops. Manager. Very unprofessional and disorganized, lack of people skills and listening skills as well. Unnecessary micromanagement. No real targets or action plans. Put off fires mentality instead of pro-activity."

"co-workers, ability to pretty much perform my job without interference or micromanaging."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be aware that it is a difficult place to work with a high turnover rate, primarily in the maintenance dept. because of authoritarian manager who was recently fired, so this may change. Micromanagement coming down from execs. employees are typically not empowered to make any major decisions."

"chaotic, lack of structure, unpleasant work environment, poor communication, undisciplined"

"Get organized, care about your employees, listen, communicate better, hire better managers, develop written work instructions and procedures. Overall, change the culture."
