"I found the supervisors were very immature and not professional and very uncaring to the needs of not only the guests but that of the employees as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to grow with the ever changing business environment around them, their staff are very set in their ways and refuse to change to try other more open ended business techniques."
