"If you are interviewing for a position you are qualified for and you are a team player you are in the best place you could be. If you are not a qualified team player don't waste your time."

What don't you like about working at Hardin Construction?

"Unfortunately a couple of General Superintendents that have worked their way up to a position above their ability did not properly represent Hardin to the Owners, Subcontractors or Hardin Employees. They were the only stain in a otherwise stellar organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Weed out the few bad apples. This will make Hardin the best of the best!!"
