"Long hours, below average compensation no holidays off, no sick days, guests can be verbally abusive. Management does not communicate, difficult to advance. Extended paid leave and health insurance during pandemic. Nice to work for a global brand, people are always interested about your occupation."
"I have worked for Seminole Hard Rock hotel and casino for 5 years . I started as a cashier , I became a supervisor and after I went to the dealer school . After 6 months I became a dual-rate and 6 months later I became a supervisor . Supervising and approving millions on dollars . Is a good company to work for but working over night is not the best thing especially when I have a daughter . I love challenges and taking good decisions . I love being a leader and to be appreciate by my coworkers ."
"Great company. I am currently a contractor, and was promised more hours. However, they are not delivering on several of their promises, unfortunately."
