"Hard Rock has given me a grand career in a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates a premium guest experience. Part of my job duty is to provide my guests with an experience that they will treasure for years to come, which, gives me pure pleasure. It has taught me how to work with others in a large and very fast pace atmosphere. I work with over 80 employees and proud to be part of the management team. I take leadership in self accountability, innovation, problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, coaching and development and impacting and influencing."

"If you enjoy working in a fast past atmosphere and enjoy giving top of the line customer service, then this is a job for you. Let your inner rock star out!"

"I do not get enough positive or negative feedback. I'm looking for ways of improving myself and I need to know how I'm doing as a worker, co-worker and leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have and give reviews or one-on-ones. Tell your employees how well they're doing. Share their strengths and weaknesses. Otherwise, your employees will feel like they're being taking advantage of and some tend to look elsewhere."

"I enjoy the freedom to be creative and think outside the box. The overall culture and sense of family makes it very comfortable and a great environment to reach higher and go further for the greater good."

"Be confident and ready to explain not only why you are a good fit, but what inspires you to reach out and show your stuff! Asking questions is also very important. Take a breath and make sure that you have asked everything you feel you want to know."

"Over the last year, there have been changes to the vision of the brand, that for better or worse, are not for me."

"Seek to understand. Ask and listen. There are many moving pieces to most organizations and it is crucial to communicate openly and constructively to move forward."

"Whenever it got too busy, not everyone working on the same page, so we'd get backed up and not deliver outstanding customer service."

"They have a terrible system for advancement. Rather than taking the most qualified person for the job, they have the person who has worked there the longest. You will not advance until the people who have been there longer leave."
