"Hard Rock has given me a grand career in a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates a premium guest experience. Part of my job duty is to provide my guests with an experience that they will treasure for years to come, which, gives me pure pleasure. It has taught me how to work with others in a large and very fast pace atmosphere. I work with over 80 employees and proud to be part of the management team. I take leadership in self accountability, innovation, problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, coaching and development and impacting and influencing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you enjoy working in a fast past atmosphere and enjoy giving top of the line customer service, then this is a job for you. Let your inner rock star out!"

What don't you like about working at Hard Rock Café?

"I do not get enough positive or negative feedback. I'm looking for ways of improving myself and I need to know how I'm doing as a worker, co-worker and leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have and give reviews or one-on-ones. Tell your employees how well they're doing. Share their strengths and weaknesses. Otherwise, your employees will feel like they're being taking advantage of and some tend to look elsewhere."
