"I would still be happily working at Harco, if they had not been bought by Transdigm, and subjected to Transdigm's extreme cost-cutting measures and basic dishonest, disrespectful treatment of Harco as a company. Transdigm stated that "if you had a job yesterday, you'll have one today" -- no mention of tomorrow, however. Transdigm also claimed they would be "hands-off" and were anything but that."
