"I worked for Harborstone CU for eight and a half years. The company had morals and community involvement that I respected. The last three years its been more about numbers and less about community and members. It went from hiring with in to help establish careers to hiring any one that came from a bank even with little to no experience for the position hired for. I need to be apart of process improvement not robot like banking."
