Happiest Baby Employee

"Happiest has a great product and I believe in the mission to provide safe IoT beds for infants. I think the product allows for a very safe environment for infants and allows mom and dad to get needed rest also. The location of the company is tough unless you live directly in the immediate area. Unfortunately, I find employee turnover with Happiest to be on the high side and often see talented people deciding to move on after a short period of time. Work atmosphere could be better and must not be meeting the expectations of many highly skilled colleagues."
