"Currently undergoing major developments and increasing in size, HLS still needs to balance how it supports each department. When there was an increase in demand, certain departments were aptly reinforced where as others were not properly equipped to accommodate for such increase in demand, and even to the point of being called the "bottleneck" department despite not being reinforced or hire more people."
