"I've worked at Hanard Machine for 29 years, and I started working out on the floor as a machine operator. After seven years I was tapped to become a job planner based on my demonstrated skil set.The company offers a 401K plan but will not provide matching at all.Bonuses are paid to management and sales but to no one else.Recent management changes have driven company morale down through the floor.I do like my job, however, it is satisfying to me in spite of management."
