"The only suggestion is that the jobs could be posted earlier than at 11 p.m. the night prior to the teachers absence."

"A person must have the flexibility to work different hours (half days) or full days on last minute notice"

"I would like to take on more classes, however I work at AXH to increase my HR skills."

"Management should hire more permanent substitue teachers for specifica areas. I have filled in last minute on many occasions."
