"The atmoshpere was great. The employees were helpful in various ways. I hated to get laid off from Cutler Hammer/Eaton."

"Understand the background of the company and the way that the company is headed as a whole. Do you research."

What don't you like about working at Hammer?

"Very little that I did not like. The workload was very heavy, but it only added to my work experience."

"Some manager were better than others. It seemed that certain managers had employees that wanted to do an over the top job for certain managers and others would just do what they needed to get by."
