"The lack of resources make it difficult for people to implement innovative ideas and keep talented staff."

"Focus on recruiting and keeping talented staff. The pay is very low, but there are many things that can make the work environment more desirable."

"I think that sometimes I was hindered in what I could do with web feeds because of a lack of video technology."

"I believe that it's important to support the sports information department with some additional funding to support new technology. The field is passing up the technology that was available there."
