"The training received was outstanding, although the follow up left something to be desired due mainly to the lack of adequate supervision."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask many many questions. Do not settle. Make sure you DO NOT sign your rights of information away. Specifically ask about hours Vs. pay as well as benefits. Do your research within the industry, Halsted is not the only installation company out there. Techs expect a 50 hr work week ,local management can expect a 60 hr work week, operations management expet a 60+ work week with travel away from home for up to 75% of the month at a time."

"VP of operations was an overboard egomaniac that often lost any sense of professionalism through his tyrannical style of management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go back to your roots. More is not always better, everyone is important no matter how small or large their responsibility within the company."
