"The Company as a whole is solid, they are going through a lot of changes that will impact their future if mismanaged. not a bad company, the upper management just doesn't listen to the people they hired to do the job. Finding funding for projects is like looking for a needle in a haystack."

"Several years ago when I started there I liked working there. But I just can't ignore the politics and the division between shifts and departments. You can't trust anyone above you in your department because everyone only looks out for number one. Sure, you can get an assembly line to work together and get along, but the management, line leaders and supervisors are constantly out to get everyone. They do not care about employees anymore, only their numbers. They are also quick to blame those below them when something goes wrong. It's just really sad that no one really cares anymore. Like I said, I used to like working there, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you enjoy stabbing people in the back."
