"Was a great company to work for."

"The Company as a whole is solid, they are going through a lot of changes that will impact their future if mismanaged. not a bad company, the upper management just doesn't listen to the people they hired to do the job. Finding funding for projects is like looking for a needle in a haystack."

"Several years ago when I started there I liked working there. But I just can't ignore the politics and the division between shifts and departments. You can't trust anyone above you in your department because everyone only looks out for number one. Sure, you can get an assembly line to work together and get along, but the management, line leaders and supervisors are constantly out to get everyone. They do not care about employees anymore, only their numbers. They are also quick to blame those below them when something goes wrong. It's just really sad that no one really cares anymore. Like I said, I used to like working there, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you enjoy stabbing people in the back."

"My experience with Haldex spanned almost 25 years allowing me to see several financial crisis, management changes and even ownership changes. Overall the company rewarded personnel for bottom line contributions until the last few years. The Swedish ownership did not treat the employees with the same respect and compensation as did the previous ownership, nor did they consider experience as a contributing factor for success. Salaries were cut, people were laid off regardless of business consequence."

"I enjoyed the persons in my department and everyone worked together most of the time and were professional in everything they/we did."

"This company has be on a down slide for the past 10 years and suffers from internal division as well from friction between separate corporate divisins."

"Communication was poor between departments and through the managers as well as between the separate yet connected divisions for component assemblies."

"Communicate and listen to the employees and allow them to be an active part in solving problems and issues."

"Quit letting HQ steal all the profits from the Grain Valley plant"
