What do you like about working at Hair Reflections?

"I like the environment that I worked in. The guests that came in the salon were the reason I went back every day. My co-workers and staff were very encouraging and diligent in their work; always striving to put forth their best effort and offering world class service."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My advice would be ask as many questions as possible in the beginning. If something doesn't seem to add-up, ask questions....nothing should be off limits!!"

What don't you like about working at Hair Reflections?

"There was little room for advancement and the tools were not available to grow within the company. It would have been difficult for me to build a career out of my title."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion to management would be to be more understanding of compensating employees with benefits. This would make it much easier for employees to feel like a part of the team; thus eliminating the desire to seek outside employment"
