"The company is a solid, long-lived company that has seen many corporate changes over the year. It has experienced growing pains as well. Check the history. Ask questions about employee turnover %."

"The facilities weren't attractive; the company seemed political rather than team oriented."

"To be more team-oriented - ensuring all teams were communicated to and all teams were treated equally - in theory anyway."

"Compartmentalization and they dont have any shuttle service despite of such a huge staff. So I have to walk 2 miles everyday from the bus stop."

"Keep free coffee and tea. Provide more training and learning opportunities for employees"

"Haemonetics is a company that recently acquired Pall Medical in West Covina, CA. Merges are in process and pending to transfer part of the facility. Company is a Medical Device very strong to comply with the regulations. Haemonetics have an estimated of 1500 employees, which 200 are from West Covina."

"This company has good compensation; however, lack of manpower and people management in most departments are the two major weaknesses. I always had to find resources myself to get things done, so you can imagine how effective and efficient I could be and how much achievement I could made in such work environment."

"This place lacks any and all good perks that one would consider when looking into a new company. The people are nice, but that's really about it. There is no proper training and most of the time your position becomes a sink or swim issue. Since no one will train you on what you do not know, you end up getting fired because of it. The human resource department is a joke sadly and nothing gets done in the timely fashion that you want. If you have an issue, expect 2-4 months before HR gets back to you. If you're looking for a place to simply make friends, this could be a great place for you. If you're looking for a place to make your time worthwhile and/or create a long term career, you're better off without the headache and should look elsewhere. The company itself represents a wonderful idea in the concepts of helping people, but the company is also all about the money versus helping people and so you can pretty much make your own opinions off that. Lastly, if you're looking to move up in the company, this place is full of broken promises. They will tell you that you can move up and when an opportunity comes up they rarely hire from within and would rather fill the position with someone outside the company. Meaning you're stuck with what you're doing and probably won't ever do anything else."
