"It doesn't matter what walks of life you have come from, believe in yourself and just know you are as special as those that are holding higher ranks. Don't ever make your self smaller by comparison to others. Just know you have something that no one has .... that could be management, leadership, interpersonal quality e.t.c.!"

"I don't like the company to give recognitions to those that perform well as oppose to those that have the potential to do better but needs guidance, which is sometimes overlooked by the management. I believe it is usually those that thrives in the success of the company that values it's team efforts."

"Give special attention to those that are lower in rank and help guide them into how to climb ladder and be an assets for the company!"
