However, the drawback is the lack of career growth and movement within the company and training that gets canceled to often. Layoffs have been a common thing for the past 4 years. Good people, good benefits, no growth."

The company as a whole pays well and is pretty reasonable on hours, but management can be very distant and departments can become very disorganized. Many departments go through periodic reorganizations and there tend to be large layoffs."
