Advice - don't do too good of a job or you will be forced to do the work of all the slackers. Sleep with management to get promoted. Never complain to HR or you will experience punitive treatment. "I was responsible for develop/implement/maintain production, inventory, quality, and safety programs. Production planning and customer interaction."

"This is a family owned business with no one person having the final word. It is a tough company to work for. I was there for 4 yrs and accomplished alot for them and if the contracts had not run out I would probably still be there."
What don't you like about working at Gulfstream?
"The CEO was too willing to hire and lay off employees. He didn't understand the inefficiency and effects on the company reputation for handling business in this manner."

"Surround yourself with competent or even more intelligent people than yourselves and trust them to do their jobs to the best of their ability while overseeing the progress. Listen to the suggestions for improvements and make them show you the plan and possible outcomes insteading making knee jerk reactions."
