"Quality, which is my current main focus, is not controlled by the departments. The Quality Team is the main channel to the Plant Manager about quality problems, which effectively gives me two bosses, my department manager and the quality team. This makes for a very frusturating work day and lowers my productivity. The quality team's objective is rarely my true boss' objective."

"Let quality be dictated and handled by the departments or the quality team - not both. This will eliminate a lot of confusion."
