"A lack of overall support and that the services were sometimes grossly overpriced and, therefore, hard to justify the value to the client."

"From their point of view: none. The company is set up to where if a region works out, everybody wins but if a region doesn't then it does not end up costing the company much and, therefore, worth the gamble."
