"Clinical background helps and make sure you don't try anything extra, they will count on you to do more after that."

What don't you like about working at Acacia Middle School?

"Poor administration, no support, baptised by fire! A little direction and guidance would of helped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more supportive of your support staff. Get to know what their strengths are and build upon it rather than walking around with red ink and looking for ways to save the district money."

What do you like about working at City of New York?

"The students and parents I met, the relationships I developed over time, and the other professionals who made it all happen. The union really made it happen."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Follow the Union lead."

What don't you like about working at City of New York?

"Some of the buildings needed repair, they were unsafe and dirty. There was no air conditioning in the summer. Sometimes one runs into professionals that are in need of training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the union."

What do you like about working at Moreno Valley Unified School District?

"I LOVE my Counseling Team. It was the best group of counselors I have evr had the pleasure of working with. That makes coming to work special."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I'm not sure I understand the question...for MVUSD If so, always remember why you entered into this career and let that guide you through the tough times. If you meant for this company I'm applying for...don't hold your breath because I'm the person for the job."

What don't you like about working at Moreno Valley Unified School District?

"Politics with the district. Unfortunately as with other districts, they see our positions as expendable and would rather retain HIGH administrative salaries and cut counselors and necessary programs rather than take a pay cut. Greed rules our school systems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn the value of your employees. Know the caliber of the people you hire because you may eliminate the very personality type you're looking to hire. I've seen schools lose MANY wonderful employees because we are all seen as numbers rather than individuals with gifts helping to strengthen , encourage and build the lives of children of our future."

"I loved being part of something so morally outstanding."

"Review the teaching manual and techniques becuase they mostly base their decision to hire you on your score from the speech they make you give."

What don't you like about working at Brigham Young University?

"It was hard being around such young beginners all the time. Also the co-workers were often too uptight."

"Stop being so uptight."
