"The nice part of working at Guaranty Bank was the freedom that you had to plan your own day and set your own appointments."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful about what territory you are applying for, and make sure that you keep other opportunities at hands length away. Maybe things have changed now, but stability and longevity are not part of the Account Executive job description at GB."

What don't you like about working at Guaranty Bank?

"From my experience there was little communication from upper management about expectations. There were also a lot of polices that changed almost weekly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that management needs to be more transparent and relational. They were nice to when you were around, but did not take the time to help develop their employees."

"Lack of the boards understanding of what we do in the feild. They put in place some crazy locking guidelines."

"The board needs to get an idea of what their brokers want"
