"Working for the Guam Legislature was thrilling. Having first hand on what goes on and what can be done in the community is an exciting job. It is also a demanding one. My only and biggest grievance is the need to modernize the workplace and work culture. A lot of jobs can be done at home and tasks are at will or last minute anyway. Adopting project based work culture will make the workplace more efficient and will also keep everyone more accountable to their work and will allow individuals a more healthy lifestyle to be well and do their best work at a low operation cost."
