"Honestly I find it extremely unprofessional to require me to state what I currently make. This job that you are offering should be based off of responsibility and duties and I would hope that my current salary is not a baseline of my personal compensation boundaries. That said - My current salary is not based on anything but what I made in comparison to my overtime rates in the Network Operations Center with a slight increase.
