3.2I have worked at GTT, formally MegaPath, for 13 years. I have worked in both NOC Operations as well as their Software Department. I have a wonderful relationship with my superior and my peers within my department. GTT as a whole has a number of employees that carry the company to it's success, many are a burden to the company. My strongest critique of GTT is that it has an inability to cut those that do not produce. GTT does not like training their staff and leave many processes open ended or are "tribal". I have done my best within this environment to stand out and ensure that my teams processes are clear, outlined and documented.
3.9I've worked for GTT/Hibernia Networks for the last ten and a half years. I am a team player and used to a very fast-paced environment I have completed many projects and have close millions of dollars in revenue for the company. Along the way, I have made great friendships and can produce several letters of recommendation showing the respect I have form my peers. I know I can be an asset if given the chance.
3.4I worked at GTT for approximately 1 year. It is a stimulating environment with the usual challenges associated with a company rapidly growing both organically and through acquisition.
