"If you can't keep u don't get mad, upset, dont walk away, or get frustrated. Just do your best and you will be ok."

What don't you like about working at GTM Plastics?

"I dont like how the place is being operated in general! From the pay, to not much help around, to full timers not wanting to come in because we get overworked, down to the machines always producing bad parts but we get fussed at, at times, down to the place needing more space in the warehouse, better machines, and leaders who act like they want to be there and do their job. Oh, and a cleaner workplace."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure I lend an ear to my operators, do what I say and not lie to them, make their pay worth it, acknowledge the operators and let them know their performance. I would make sure I find time to have the work place and warehouse clean. I would stop blaming my operators for parts that are produced bad. Make sure my floor leaders get the help they need and are trained correctly. Also, make sure each shift is treated equally."
