"What I don't like about this organization is the ever changing commission structure and the bad benefits coupled with only one week of vacation that they pay you out for, but don't encourage you to take."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion is for management to be for the voice of the employees so that ownership knows what works and what does not work."
