"Most employees report directly to the owner, who, when not micromanaging, ignores repeated requests for the information and supplies necessary to complete requested tasks. She's quite arrogant, and everyone knows how little she thinks of everyone around her. She constantly criticizes everyone and almost never gives anyone praise. She also brings her untrained beagles and cat into the office where they get up on the desks and leave urine and feces all over the office floor. Do not work here."
